The chickens in this battery house are stuffed five per cage. They also exhibit classic signs of factory farm induced injuries, such as thinning feathers from self destructive behavior and raw upper chests from attempting to dust bathe against the wire cages. I am unsure but it appears as if they may have been de-beaked as well.
