I don’t mean to create a divide between these groups and vegans by calling them the opposition. However, the material contained in the links below runs contrary to the spirit of veganism and animal rights. Their ideas may oppose ours, but we should take care not to alienate them because of those ideas. I heard someone say once that there are only vegans and pre-vegans. To that end, here is a list of pre-vegan websites for your educational benefit. There is value in learning from your opposition. Maybe you are familiar with the saying “Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.” Might we create a kinder version that explains the purpose of this page well; “Keep your vegans close and your pre-vegans closer.”
