"We craft our beers specifically so they do NOT contain any animal products or processing agents. We do use honey in Eccentric ale, and lactose in Susie's Sweet Stout. Other than those two beers, there are exactly no other animal byproducts used in our processes. We do not filter our beers, nor do we use any fining agents. Our beers are 100% natural. We sell our spent grain to a farmer." [54]
